Education
There are three schools in Sinjel:
- Sinjel Secondary Boys´ School
- Al-Israa Girls´ School
- Abu Baker Al-Sadiq Elementary Boys´ School.

They are all run by the Education Ministry of the Palestinian National Authority.
Local Infrastucture
Utilities
Households are connected to electricity through the Jerusalem Electricity Company. Ramallah Water System provides water services to the village, and phone service is provided by the Palestinian Communications Company.
Medical facilities
There is a public medical center serving the residents, with primary and urgent care services, including adult and paediatric medicine. In addition, an ambulance service is provided.
Transportation
Taxi is the main mode of public transportation in the village. The nearest airport is the Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel, but because of restrictions governing the entry of Palestinians to Israel, residents travel to Amman, Jordan to use the Queen Alia International Airport.
Others installations

In Sinjel there are three mosques where congregations gather for prayer.
The Sinjel Sports Club has a football and volleyball teams taking part in the Palestinian competitions.
